Our Policy
- A deposit of 50% of the charge for your stay is required to secure a reservation.
- A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit isreceived.
- Deposits by check are preferred.
- Your deposit is refundable less a $25.00 handling fee if cancellation or changes to your reservations are made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.
- When booking the entire inn a thirty 30 day cancellation is reqired.
- Blue Moon has a minimum 2-night stay on weekends, special events and holiday periods.
- Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm. Check-out is 11:00am. We cannot guarantee access to your room at an earlier time;however, we will accommodate early and late check-in if possible.
- Quiet hours are between 10:30pm and 7:30am.
- Breakfast will be served between 8:30am and 10:30am in the dining room. Weather permitting breakfast can
be served on our balcony. When you make your reservation please let us know if you have any special dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.
- We are a non-smoking facility and there will be a $350.00 liquidation charge if any guest is smoking in the inn or on the balcony.
- We have a designated smoking area out back.
- No candles or open flames allowed anywhere around the inn.
- Please refrain from dying hair in our guest rooms.
- Only well behaved children 16 and over accompanied by a responsible adult are permitted.
